Our most recently project was acquired from a lovely couple who were struggling to make their monthly payments on their mortgage and had recently been bamboozled by another supposed professional home buyers. They were saying sell my house fast for cash San Bernardino County! They had signed a contract, waited two weeks, only to speak with the owner of a different company who tried to reduce the agreed price by another $10,000 dollars. Luckily they spoke with us and we were able to get them out of a tough situation with money in their pocket without having the bank take their home.
